General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 786bdt platform and all services provided under it ("Platform"). These Terms form a legal agreement between 786bdt ("we", "us") and any person who accesses or uses this Platform ("user", "you").

By registering on, logging into, or using the 786bdt platform in any way, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use the 786bdt platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for adults only).
• You are accessing the Platform from a country or jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is legally permitted.
• You are using the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You have an active and valid personal account and are not playing on behalf of anyone else.
• You have not previously been banned from 786bdt for any reason.

One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts (using the same device, IP address, identity, bank account, or payment method) is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Account Management

When registering with 786bdt, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. It is entirely your responsibility to update your information as soon as possible if any details change.

Account Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 786bdt support team immediately.

KYC Verification

786bdt carries out identity verification (Know Your Customer) processes where required. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete.

Limits

Deposit Rules

Each deposit must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. It may take some time for the deposited amount to be reflected in your account.

Withdrawal Rules

To make a withdrawal, you must have sufficient balance in your account and have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be made to the user's own verified payment method. 786bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing in the case of suspicious transactions.

Before withdrawing from bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.

Bonuses and Promotions

786bdt offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus may have its own terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before the welcome bonus becomes withdrawable, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered.

VIP Program

786bdt runs a VIP program for regular players. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

It is possible to progress from one tier to a higher tier through regular activity. Detailed terms and conditions apply separately.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 786bdt reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• Creating accounts or coordinating with others for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is prohibited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The 786bdt platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting (including cricket), card games, and other games.

Bet Cancellation and Results

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of a technical error or irregular circumstances, 786bdt reserves the right to cancel a bet — in such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

Fair Play Policy

Adherence to the fair play policy is mandatory in all gaming activities. Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or gaining an unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error or disconnection, 786bdt will settle the game based on the last confirmed game state. 786bdt's decision on this matter will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to gain a gaming advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Using stolen payment information or cards.
• Harassing or threatening platform staff.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension and Closure

786bdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• If a security risk or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• If the user wishes to voluntarily close their account upon their own request.

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the remaining balance will be returned to the user; however, if prohibited activity is proven, the balance may be forfeited.
